Updates!

As the two final projects of Phase II of the Heritage House project comes to a close, here are two quick updates.

First, the townhouse looks gorgeous.  With slick coats of paint on the floors, new granite steps at the front entrance and of course the final touch of the "454" street marker on the front elevation, the twelve office units are ready for occupancy.

Preservation carpenter John Schnitzler hangs the street marker on the front elevation.

Next, the Leonard Cotton Tenant House is just about ready for its new, well, tenant.

The contractors are finishing final coats of slow drying paint and the place will be complete.  Check back to meet our new tenant!
